Refund and Returns Policy

 

We offer a 14-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction with our products.

If you wish to initiate a return, please contact our customer support by Clicking Here to request our return address along with a unique reference number.

You will need to provide us with comprehensive details, including your

  • ORDER #
  • Full Name
  • Postal Address
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Reason for the return
  • Cryptocurrency address (for a refund, it must be the same coin/token that you used to make the payment) 

Upon approval, you will receive further instructions on shipping the package back to us. Refunds (via cryptocurrency), store credit, or replacements will be processed once the return is received, processed, and accepted.

For damaged or defective merchandise, we may request photos and/or a video before initiating the return process. Troubleshooting steps may also be provided via email to expedite the return process and assist in avoiding return shipping fees.

Please note the following:

  • Any cosmetic damage from the manufacturer must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Consumable items, including liquid products, coils/pods, cartridges, and batteries, cannot be returned.

  • Shipping charges for non-defective returns are the customer’s responsibility, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • A 20% return processing fee may apply for opened and/or non-defective returns, items showing signs of physical damage, or user error that could have caused the defect, and returns not cleaned and emptied prior to return.

  • Alternative devices must be fully cleaned before return. If shipped back with any form of media, we are not responsible for loss if confiscated. Residual smell or media particles may result in a 20% return processing fee.

  • Promotional items are final sale; however, if deemed defective, store credit or a refund will be provided.

  • Refused delivery orders will incur a 20% return processing fee, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If you receive free shipping and refuse the package, we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.

Please note due to the nature of cryptocurrency payments we can either refund the value of your order to the same cryptocurrency address that you used to make the transaction or else you can provide us with a new address to return the funds to, however, we can only return the funds to the same coin/token.

We strive to provide accurate information on our website but may occasionally encounter errors or updates from manufacturers. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
