We’re pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100.

For orders below this amount, we cannot provide free shipping to maintain our affordable prices. Consider bulk purchases for optimal savings. Keep an eye out for coupon codes for additional discounts.

Order Processing

We process orders Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 2 pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

In rare cases where a product doesn’t meet our inspection standards, and we can’t fulfill your order promptly, our representative will contact you to resolve the issue.

Delivery Time

Occasionally due to reasons beyond our control, shipping providers may experience delays. While most orders arrive promptly, some may encounter slight delays, especially international orders.

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number. For USPS, if tracking isn’t updating, contact the carrier first. Our support team will assist you after contacting the carrier.

Shipping.

All orders have a processing time of 24-48 hours regardless of the shipping method. Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Processing continues the next business day for orders placed on Saturday-Sunday.

USPS (domestic & CA)

Orders are processed Monday-Saturday. APO/DPO/FPO/Other Military Addresses may take up to 14 days in transit. Due to USPS volume, tracking may not update for several days.

UPS (domestic & CA)

Orders are processed Monday-Saturday. APO/DPO/FPO/Other Military Addresses may take up to 14 days in transit. Due to USPS volume, tracking may not update for several days.

FedEx (International EU, AU, NZ)

International orders including are processed Monday-Saturday. Delivery to your addresses in EU, AU, and NZ may take between 4 – 7 days in transit. You can track the entire process online at www.fedex.com.

DHL (International EU, AU, NZ)

International orders including are processed Monday-Saturday. Delivery to your addresses in EU, AU, and NZ may take between 4 – 7 days in transit. You can track the entire process online at www.dhl.com.

Order Tracking

We provide tracking numbers once processed. We can’t guarantee delivery time after shipping.

Lost & Undelivered Packages

Issues with lost or undelivered packages must be resolved by the customer with the postal carrier. Report erroneous shipping issues within 24 hours of the last tracking update.

Delivery to Shipping Forwarder

Once safely delivered to the forwarding service’s US address, we’re no longer responsible for the order’s condition or delivery.

Order Discrepancies

Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Once approved, we’ll assist in correcting the issue.

Canceling and Altering Orders

Once processing begins, unfortunately, we can’t alter, change, or cancel orders. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
